Rankings Coordinator Gail
Bates has recently released the list of player
rankings as of July 50, 2023. These include mens
and womens rankings for both singles and doubles.
Please note: Players should notify the National Ranking
Coordinator Gail Bates () when they compete in an
ITF (Overseas) Seniors Tournament for their points to be added to the Australian Seniors Ranking
System.

The event fact sheet is now available for
ITF World Tennis Masters Individual
Championships for age groups 65+ through
90+. This tournament will be held from 14 to
21 Octobe in Capdepera-Font de Sa Cala,
Mallorca, Spain.

TSA/TA national policy on seed exempts at ITF
World Masters Tour Events

TSA and TA have reached an agreed
position regarding the use of seed exempts
at ITF World Masters Tour Events in
Australia. The major change of note is that
the TA/TSA National Selectors will no longer
play a role in providing advice on seed
exempts. It is the role of tournament
committees to consider whether exceptional
circumstances apply, with any seed exempts
to be applied in line with the ITF World
Masters Tour regulations.

Tennis Seniors Australia congratulates all players who represented Australia in Turkey over the past few weeks in the World Teams
Championships and in the World Individual Championships.
Some notable successes were achieved in the World Individual Championships.
Well done to all players and congratulations to those who achieved gold!

National Selectors 2023

TSA and Tennis Australia have agreed the
following selectors for 2023 national
representative teams. While the selection
committees will work collaboratively to
reach unanimous and agreed decisions, one
committee will be chaired by TSA and one by
TA.
